VINYL RECORDS: Ships from Laguna via J&T or JRS. Orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day (except Sundays). After that, orders will be shipped the following business day.

If you are nearby San Pablo City, Laguna, you can arrange pickup via Lalamove at your cost.

TURNTABLES: Ships in 3-5 days. Shipping fee to be determined based on the shipping address. Please note that we are only delivering turntables within Metro Manila and cities near San Pablo City at the moment.

Brand New (Sealed) Records

All sealed records and media are final sale. We can’t open and test sealed items, so once the seal is broken, returns or exchanges aren’t possible.

Small factory quirks like light warps or faint surface noise are normal in vinyl manufacturing.

If your sealed record arrives damaged in transit (for example, a crushed corner or torn jacket) or you receive the wrong title or variant, please check the Damaged or Incorrect Items section in our full Return and Cancellation Policy for what to do next.

Preloved (Used) Records

Preloved records come with a 7-day return window from the day you receive them.

We accept returns only for playback issues that make the record unplayable and weren’t mentioned in the listing.

To request a review, please message us within 7 days of delivery and send us an unboxing video or one showing the playback issue. 

If return is approved, make sure the record is returned in the same condition you received it. Don’t forget to include your original receipt.

Once we’ve inspected and confirmed the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds are only given if neither option is available.

If your preloved record arrives damaged during shipping, follow the steps in the Damaged or Incorrect Items section in our full Return and Cancellation Policy.

Grading & Playback

We grade all preloved records carefully using the Goldmine Standard, trusted by collectors worldwide. Normal jacket wear, light surface noise, or ring wear aren’t considered defects.

Playback skips often come from suitcase-style players (like Crosley or Victrola) that lack adjustable tracking force or anti-skate controls. These aren’t record defects, so they’re not covered for return.

We’re always happy to help troubleshoot if you need guidance.

Refunds & Exclusions

We handle every claim with care. Approved cases are resolved first through replacement or store credit; refunds are offered only if those aren’t available.

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or mistaken orders
  • Cosmetic flaws (minor seam splits, corner dings, off-center labels)
  • Playback issues from improper setup or suitcase-type players
  • Late, unauthorized, or incomplete returns
  • Products marked “as is,” “final sale,” or “preorder”

Transit handling is the courier’s responsibility once your order has shipped, but we’ll gladly help coordinate any damage claims.

We’re collectors too, and we handle every case with empathy and honesty. We simply ask for the same fairness in return so we can continue serving everyone well.
