VINYL RECORDS: Ships from Laguna via J&T or JRS. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. After that, orders will be shipped the following day.

If you are nearby San Pablo City, Laguna, you can arrange pickup via Lalamove at your cost.

TURNTABLES: Ships in 3-5 days. Shipping fee to be determined based on the shipping address. Please note that we are only delivering turntables within Metro Manila at the moment.

Brand New Records

No returns and exchanges are allowed for brand new records. Due to the sealed nature of these items, we cannot be held accountable for manufacturing defects such as warps and skips.

Preloved Records

We have a 7-day return policy for our preloved records, which means you have 7 days after receiving your preloved item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please make sure to have an unboxing video. If there are skips, kindly record the skip in the record and send it to any of our social channels, quoting your order number.
